Alzheimer's Disease Working Group Survey

Developing a State Plan to Address Alzheimer's Disease Do you have thoughts on how to improve the lives of people with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias, and of their caregivers? The Alzheimer's Disease Working Group (ADWG), formed through recent legislation (SSB 6124), is developing a state plan to address Alzheimer's disease.

The ADWG wants to hear from you on how public and private partners can respond to the growing impact of Alzheimer's.
